She relocated to Houston, Texas with her own personal agenda; however, in 1982, she had a dream that spoke clearly to her spiritual condition—lost, and in need of spiritual guidance and direction. Approximately two weeks later, the dream was fulfilled while visiting the Garden of Gethsemane Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late Dr. Allen J. Hines. She committed her life to Christ as Lord, joined the Garden, where she is still a member, and later was baptized in the Holy Ghost.
During a revival in 1994, she totally surrendered to the call of God and literally answered, “Yes, Lord” to His mandate, “I’m sending you forth to carry My word.”
She has served faithfully since 1984 under the current pastoral leadership of Charles L. Stevenson, Sr. The church was reorganized and is currently The Olive Branch Church at Woodforest. Her work in the Christian ministry is extensive— administration, spiritual leadership, and Sunday School teacher, conference coordinator, workshop facilitator, conference speaker, prayer ministry, and revivalist. Currently, she serve as pastor of women’s ministry and pastoral assistant to the senior pastor. She is a licensed and ordained minister of gospel with a prophetic mantle. She is writer, author, poet, and graphics artist/designer. In 1997, she founded Majestic Publications as a desktop publishing company, and in 2002 expanded to the Internet as online writing ministry committed to sharing the good news of the King and His Kingdom. She is a graduate of C. H. Mason Bible College with a degree in biblical studies. She is a candidate for certification in community leadership with the University of Arkansas, and currently holds a management position with the State of Texas.
In 2008, she founded Majestic Worldwide Ministries, Inc., a certified non-profit organization with the State of Texas, and serves as executive director.
