Queen Esther 
is the founder and exectuve director of Majestic Worldwide Ministries, Inc. She is a gifted communicator, visionary and administrator. She is committed to seizing every opportunity to proclaim God's Word in any venue, and to publish it through every medium as commissioned by the LORD GOD.
As a teenager, she always enjoyed literature. However, her passion for inspirational writing began in 1984, two years after she made the decision to commit her life to Christ. It was during the time of diligently seeking the will and purpose of God for her life.
She began writing poetry under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. In the early 90’s, her writing ministry expanded to include articles, essays, and newsletters with a prophetic tone; personal greetings, short stories, and speeches. Today, she writes inspired personal prophetic blessings upon children and adults, as well as poems with a personal touch for specific individuals as inspired by the Holy Spirit.
In 1996, she is founded Majestic Publications, and in 1997, self-published her first book, My Heart Speaks on the Cost of Commitment: A Collection of Poems. Her second book (in electronic format) is Letters from Heart to Heart. In addition, she has published The Patriot Project, a short collection of poems, prayers, and prose dedicated to the U.S. military personnel and Veterans
She served in her local church for 26 years until the demise of senior pastor Charles L. Stevenson, Sr. She worked faithfully in several areas of ministry serving as his assistant in church administration and leadership. Her stability and stamina have inspired many to remain steadfast in the faith. Minister Phillips earned her degree in Bible and Theology from the C. H. Mason Bible College & Institute; Certification in Community Leadership from University of Arkansas, Currents Programs, and she is a Certified Christian Counselor.
